Terms of use
Draft for review by a Spanish lawyer before public launch. Operator details marked pending are not set yet.
1. Who we are
alldata.monster (“we”) is operated by the company below, established in Spain.
- Operator
- Tax ID (NIF)
- Address
- Contact
2. What the service is
We display sports data: fixtures, results, live scores, statistics, line-ups, standings and bookmaker odds, plus figures we derive from them. We only display data. We are not a bookmaker, we take no bets, hold no stakes and pay no winnings, and nothing here is betting, financial or investment advice. Odds shown are a snapshot of third-party prices and may be out of date.
Data comes from third-party providers and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Where a value is missing we show “—” and the reason instead of guessing. You use the data at your own risk.
3. Age
You must be 18 or older to use the service. See Responsible gambling.
4. Free use and accounts
Day lists, live scores and league tables are free. Match details, team, player and competition statistics pages need a Google account; match details are free for 3 a day per sport; a free match includes its live features. Allowances reset at midnight, Spain time. You sign in with Google; we do not store a password. Keep your Google account secure; one person per account.
5. Passes
- Month Basic: $9 for 30 days. Every match in full for 30 days. Live tab, live boards, live odds and charts not included.
- Month Live: $14 for 30 days. Everything, including live tab, live boards, live odds and charts, for 30 days.
- Week Live: $6.90 for 7 days. Everything, including live, for 7 days.
Prices are in US dollars and include VAT where it applies. Payment is in crypto through NOWPayments, which runs the payment page and its own terms. A pass is prepaid, starts when the payment is confirmed (or when your current pass of the same kind ends) and does not renew automatically. Partial payments do not activate a pass; contact us and we will complete or return them, less network fees.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. At checkout you ask us to start the pass immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts (article 103 m of the Spanish consumer law, TRLGDCU; article 16 m of Directive 2011/83/EU). If the service is not provided as described, your statutory rights remain.
7. Fair use
No scraping, automated bulk access, resale or redistribution of the data, account sharing, circumventing limits or interfering with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules; for a paid pass we refund the unused part unless the breach was deliberate.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it. Data coverage of a competition can change when providers change theirs. We may change these terms for future purchases; changes do not alter a pass already bought.
9. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law (including for intent, gross negligence, or injury). Otherwise we are not liable for losses from decisions you make using the data, including betting losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence and you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country. Contact us first; we answer within 14 days.
